9:00 Apprentices arrive and take care of morning chores (gathering eggs, watering the plants in the hoop house, providing fresh water for the animals)

9:15 Morning farm work. Harvest tomatoes, peppers, snap beans, cucumbers, summer squash, basil, and swiss chard for the Caroline Food Pantry; Weigh and bag the produce ; clean out the chicken coop and add new wood shavings for bedding.

10:45 Mid-morning break

11:00 Continue morning work; begin lunch preparation.

12:15 Gather in the Bistro for a delicious Mexican lunch of burritos with refried beans, rice, cheddar cheese, homemade guacamole and salsa made with vegetables from the garden.

1:30 Complete water color paintings in preparation for the Fall Art Show.

2:45 Afternoon chores: feeding animals, watering plants in hoop house, if needed,
